1. Login to Recap application 2. Click on 'Created On' 'Column name header in results grid of home page. 3. Click on same 'Column Name' header again in result grid. |
1. User should able to login ReCap application and all the Tickets,Service requests assigned to logged in user should be displayed in the result grid . 2. All the records should be displayed in sorted order. 3. All the records should be displayed in reverse order. |
